We had a wonderful stay, enjoying a spacious and clean cabin that was perfectly situated close to the bathrooms. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our grandchildren particularly loved the nearby playground, which made our family experience even more enjoyable. My stay at the park was quite underwhelming due to a lack of privacy and some cleanliness issues. The amenities were limited, and I found the overall experience disappointing compared to previous visits. The location is good, but the uncomfortable camping situation really took away from my enjoyment.

I had a mixed experience at this park hotel. While I appreciated the cleanliness and thoughtfully maintained shared facilities, the camping situation left a lot to be desired, particularly the lack of nearby parking and the insect problem in the camping area. Overall, I found the atmosphere welcoming, but it could use some improvements, especially for the camping experience.

It's conveniently located within walking distance of shops and cafes, though a car would be needed to explore the stunning scenery nearby. Overall, it's a solid choice for a stay in the area, but a little transport is necessary to fully enjoy the attractions.

I had a fantastic stay at the Nelson Top 10 Holiday Park! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and comfortable, especially when I arrived late and found my room cozy and warm. The unit was modern and had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to local attractions, and the park itself feels like a peaceful retreat. Prices felt fair given the quality. However, I did notice some minor inconveniences with the overall maintenance of some facilities.
